Comprising 79% natural moisturizing ingredients, it features 50,000ppm of Dioscorea Japonica Root Extract and 10,000ppm of Sodium Hyaluronate. The serum has undergone clinical testing to confirm its effectiveness in improving inner hydration, moisture levels, and glossiness. Manufactured in South Korea, it is deemed safe for daily use; application involves spreading the serum after toner and dabbing for absorption.
1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to our warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

All exchanges and returns must be approved by our Customer Center and changed requests can be rejected without prior notice. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. We are not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
