1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to our warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
All exchanges and returns must be approved by our Customer Center and changed requests can be rejected without prior notice. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. We are not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
Orders are normally shipped out within 2-5 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.
Once the delivery begins, you can track the process via emaill with a tracking number.
