KERACELL® Anti-Aging Eye Makeup Remover with MHCsc™ Technology is an oil free, tear free eye makeup remover for mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow. The anti-aging eye area cleanser with peptides, growth factors and algae extract to help diminish under eye puffiness, decrease dark circles and reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Safe to use on natural lashes as well as artificial lashes and extensions. pH balanced and fragrance free. Safe for contact lens wearers.
DIRECTIONS
Apply eye makeup remover to cotton ball or cosmetic pad. Gently wipe across eyelashes several times to remove mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow. Oil free formula.

1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to our warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

All exchanges and returns must be approved by our Customer Center and changed requests can be rejected without prior notice. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. We are not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
